5. Personal data
5.1. 6. Concluding a distance selling contract - Order
6.1. Purchases can be made freely by any interested user, without the need to be registered or registered in the online store.

The working hours of the employees are 10: 00-18: 00 from Monday to Friday except holidays. 6.7. The buyer can cancel the order (before it is sent) without having to state the reasons for the cancellation. 7. Payment methods
* Payment for purchases from the YouPrint online store is made:

8. Methods and shipping costs / product delivery - transfer the risk of destruction or loss of product sold
8.1. The delivery of the products (parcels) at the place of choice of the customer, is done exclusively by the Courier company with which we cooperate. Parcels are delivered daily except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, provided they pass through the YouPrint inspection department for the suitability of the factory quality condition of the products.
8.2. The delivery time of a parcel from the moment an order is registered can take from 1 to 15 working days depending on the availability of the product and the place of residence of the recipient.
8.3. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather, strikes, delays in shipping products by YouPrint suppliers and in any case of force majeure, which may affect shipping times. Delivery is made to the exact address specified by the customer (whether it is his residence or place of work, or the nearest Courier branch in his city). In cases where the Courier staff can not locate the recipient's address, contact him by phone.
8.4. Cash on delivery costs amount to 2 €. This applies to all of Greece, and to all products.
8.5. In case of non-receipt of the products by the customer, and if the customer exceeds the specified deadline of the courier company for receipt, YouPrint reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. However, if the customer wishes to resend a shipment, he must prepay the total cost of the order together with the shipping via bank account or be charged the total cost in addition to the cost of returning the 1st shipment of his parcel by cash on delivery.
8.6. Once the products sold to the customer are delivered, the risk of loss, damage or destruction is transferred from YouPrint to the customer / buyer. The ownership of the sold products remains in the company, until the full and complete payment of their total price by the customer.
9. Unjustified Consumer Withdrawal
9.1. The customer is entitled to unjustifiably withdraw from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of physical possession of the product to him or his authorized representative, returning the product to its original condition. The withdrawal of the consumer is unjustified, without the consumer being obliged to cite reasons justifying the withdrawal, as well as without the financial burden of the consumer, with the exception of the charge for the cost of returning the product and any reduction in the value of the product cases mentioned below. 9.4. YouPrint will inform the customer about the receipt of the "return form" or the withdrawal statement.
9.5. The original "return form" or the original declaration must be enclosed in the package (package) with which the product will be returned by the customer.
9.6. The parcel sent by the customer must contain the proof of purchase, the original "return form" or the original declaration mentioned above, and in which the name of the buyer, his purchase product, the order number must be indicated. the date of receipt of the parcel, as well as a bank account number to which the customer wishes the money back. 9.8. YouPrint assumes no responsibility in case of loss, theft or destruction of returned products, when they are not due to negligence of YouPrint, in case of return of products to the wrong address or in case of delays in the delivery of returned products, for reasons beyond your control. of fault, as the customer takes full responsibility for the product return process.
9.9. YouPrint will refund the full purchase price of the product in full (including the cost of initial delivery of the products from the company to the customer-consumer), within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of notification of the valid exercise of the right withdrawal from the consumer. However, YouPrint reserves the right to withhold the price until the products are received, or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product. 10. Replacement / Product change
10.1. The customer has the right to return the product purchased from YouPrint, and to request its replacement, in case for any reason he changed his mind and no longer wishes to purchase the product. This may occur if the product does not meet its expectations for any reason. In these cases, the customer must, at his own expense, return the product received within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
10.2. If the return is not made within 14 calendar days, YouPrint may not accept any return for replacement.
10.3. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer and in their original packaging, not damaged by use, bearing their labels, as well as proof of purchase. In case the products are returned damaged, worn or defective, YouPrint reserves the right to refuse their replacement or return & return them to the sender.
10.4. The request for replacement / change of product from the customer can be made either by filling in the change / return form which is enclosed in the packaging of the product sent, or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer must return the product, at the expense of the company, in the condition in which it was received and without damage, in its original packaging and with all the documents (receipt, etc.) that accompanied the product. YouPrint has the obligation to re-ship the existing order (same product - same size).
10.7. In case it is found that the product is defective (eg torn), the customer has the right to return the product, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.
10.8. It is understood that in all the above cases, as in any case, the consumer retains in full his general right to withdraw from the contract of sale and return of the product due to legal or factual defects or lack of agreed properties that he finds upon receipt and its use, in accordance with the general provisions of articles 540 et seq. of the Civil Code, article 5 of law 2251/1994 and the other provisions of protection of the consumer and the buyer in general.
